   Proposal Description:
   Anecdotally, some clinicians believe that individuals with high cognitive         reserve begin to show a decrease in cognitive function long before it is          evident on current neuropsychological measures. The purpose of this study is to   identify any patterns of inefficient cognitive performance on                     neuropsychological measures in a age- and education-matched cognitively normal    population who were later diagnosed with dementia. Results from this study        could better inform how we think about cognitive reserve and help shape           recommendations for early screenings.
